1. I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER A LOUIS VUITTON, CHANEL OR HERMÈS ITEM FOR SALE. HOW DOES THE PURCHASE OF AN ITEM THROUGH WHOISLOUIS.COM WORK?

Please note, unfortunately we cannot buy every item of the brands mentioned. Please refer to point 2. If an agreement is reached, we will send you a purchase agreement and, if requested, a pre-paid DHL parcel label. As soon as the item including the purchase agreement is received by whoislouis.com we check the item for condition and originality. If the item has been inspected and is in the condition described, the agreed purchase price will be paid.

2. WHICH ITEMS DOES WHOISLOUIS.COM BUY?

whoislouis.com is always interested in buying handbags, luggage, small leather goods accessories and accessories of the brands Louis Vuitton, CHANEL and Hermès. The items you offer to whoislouis.com for purchase should be in good, very good or as good as new condition. All accessories such as proof of purchase, box or dust bag, etc. should be included. However, if the proof of purchase or accessories are no longer fully available, this is not an exclusion criterion for a purchase.

3. WHY DOES WHOISLOUIS.COM ONLY BUY LOUIS VUITTON, CHANEL AND HERMÈS ITEMS?

We only buy and sell items with which we are very familiar and whose quality we are convinced of. The brands mentioned stand for products of the highest quality craftsmanship. Not only a first owner will be happy with a handbag, a piece of luggage or other items from one of these manufacturers. A second or third owner can also enjoy a Louis Vuitton classic, a charming CHANEL or a luxurious Hermès bag for just as long if they take good care of it.

4. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THE ITEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER FOR SALE ON WHOISLOUIS.COM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. CAN I STILL OFFER THE ITEM FOR SALE TO WHOISLOUIS.COM?

Of course! The proof of purchase can no longer be found years later, it has been misplaced, you have received the item as a gift, ... there can be many reasons why a proof of purchase is no longer available. The proof of purchase for whoislouis.com is not decisive for checking originality.

5. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA, WILL IT BE PASSED ON TO THE BUYER OF MY ITEM?

Discretion, without exceptions! whoislouis.com does not transmit personal data in any form. If you provide us with proof of purchase or similar documents when making a purchase, these and therefore your data will not be passed on.

6. WHAT PURCHASE PRICE CAN I EXPECT AND HOW IS IT CALCULATED?

If we are able to make you an offer, we will always endeavour to offer you a good and fair purchase price. The purchase price is based on the following factors, among others: Condition, popularity - demand, availability, age, completeness of accessories, cost of reconditioning, cost of obtaining papers (e.g. CITES documents, etc. ...).

7. WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY MONEY?

If a purchase is made, whoislouis.com will pay you the agreed amount immediately after checking the item using the agreed payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, cash payment).
